Routine For Fit Body

As we know that many people go to Gym for there physical fitness. It gives good physical appearance and also little bit immunity. But to get good immunity we have to follow daily basis routine which help to maintane metabolic activity. It provide immunity and prevent from getting ill.

  • Wake up early in the morning

             In the morning our brain tends to focus more than rest of time so wake up at about 5am.

  • Do Yoga and Exerccise daily
                    Do Meditation and some body movement excersise . It increase focus on your work and build stamina.
  • Food consumbtion
                                                                                                       Food is play very important role in our daily routine . From the food our body get nutrient like carbohydrates, lipids, protein. Carbohydrate gives energy to body and lipid provide fat and protein is used to build body.
